Terms and Conditions
1. Orders and Acceptance
-
Order Confirmation: Submitting an online order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once you receive an official confirmation screen or email from us or our authorized third-party ordering platform.
-
Modifications and Availability: Menu items, daily specials, and ingredients are subject to real-time availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or substitute items of equal value upon notifying you.
-
Pricing and Payments: All prices are displayed in USD (plus applicable sales tax). Payment must be made at the time of order via accepted credit card, debit card, or digital payment provider. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before fulfilling orders.
2. Food Safety, Allergens, and Dietary Restrictions
-
Cross-Contamination Warning: Our kitchen facilities handle common food allergens including, but not limited to, poultry, eggs, dairy, wheat, gluten, soy, nuts, and sesame.
-
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for informing staff of any severe allergies before placing an order. While we endeavor to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens due to shared preparation and cooking equipment.
-
Consumption: Prepared food is perishable. Items should be consumed immediately or promptly refrigerated at or below 40°F (4°C). We are not liable for illness or spoilage resulting from improper handling or storage after pickup or delivery.
3. Pickup and Delivery Services
-
Pickup: You agree to collect your order at the designated time and location. Orders not claimed within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time will be donated to a local shelter without a refund.
-
Delivery: You agree to meet the delivery driver at the designated location. If you are unable to do so, your order will be left and a picture will be sent confirming drop off.
4. Catering Services and Events
-
Quotes and Bookings: Catering quotes are estimates valid for 7 days. An event date is not reserved until a signed agreement and deposit are received.
-
Final Guest Count: Final headcount and menu selections must be confirmed in writing no later than [e.g., 7 business days] prior to the event date. Invoices will reflect this guaranteed minimum count or the actual attendance, whichever is higher.
-
Catering Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than [14 days] prior to the event will receive a full refund minus an administrative booking fee (25% of invoice).
Cancellations made within [7 to 13 days] forfeit the initial deposit.
Cancellations made within [less than 7 days] are billed for 100% of the contracted amount due to committed labor and perishable inventory.
5. Cancellations and Refunds (Regular Orders)
-
Perishable Nature: Because our food is made-to-order, regular pickup or delivery orders cannot be canceled or modified once order is submitted as kitchen prep begins immediately.
-
Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders: If an item is missing, incorrect, or spoiled, notify us within [30 minutes] of receipt with your receipt number and a photo of the item. Approved remedies are limited to replacement of the item or a partial/full store credit or refund to the original payment method.
