Each meal is $20, including delivery.

Can I substitute or modify any menu items?
No. Menu items cannot be exchanged, substituted, or modified.
When does Chicken Run deliver?
We deliver on weekdays from 11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available to eligible workplaces in South Memphis and Downtown Memphis, Tennessee.
Who is eligible to order?
Chicken Run delivery is available to individuals actively working at a job site or commercial workplace within our delivery area.
Which locations are not eligible for delivery?

What happens if I place an order for a residential address?
The order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Is there a delivery fee?
No additional delivery fee is charged. Delivery is included in the $20 meal price.
How far in advance should I order?
Chicken Run prepares a limited run of meals each day. We encourage ordering at least 24 hours in advance, as ordering closes once the day’s run is sold out.
What delivery information must I provide?
Please provide complete and accurate information for your delivery:
Recipient’s name
Workplace name
Complete business address
Phone number
Delivery instructions
You are responsible for ensuring that the drop-off location is accessible and secure.
Will I know when my delivery is on the way?
Yes. You will receive a message when the courier is en route.
Will the courier wait for me?
No. To maintain the delivery schedule, the courier cannot wait for the recipient.
What happens if I am unavailable when the courier arrives?
Your package will be left at the initial drop-off point. Please make sure the location is accessible for the courier.
Can my order be delivered again if I miss the delivery?
No. Re-delivery is not available.
Are refunds available?
Orders placed for residential addresses will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method. All other sales are final.
Do the meals contain food allergens?
All food is prepared in a facility that also manufactures products containing common food allergens. Therefore, every menu item may contain traces of common allergens.
